East Greenwich's Jackson Cronin continued his outstanding season by posting a nearly 20-second victory, crossing the line at 16:29.2. Cronin's teammate, Willy Por, was second at 16:46. Ponaganset's Jon Wahl was third in 16:54. The Avengers, a consistent top finisher at the class and state level, easily won their sixth straight title and tenth in last 12 years by defeating host Ponaganset, 33-65.
