Barrington's Mars Bishop, who hasn't raced since late September due to a slight foot injury, looked in peak form. He broke away from formidable foe, Matt Walker of Westerly, late in the race and won with a strong 15:59.7 clocking. Walker was second at 16:08. The Eagles, who claimed the team crown, also had top -five placements from Hayen Ivatts (third, 16:37) and Elliot Laidlow (fifth, 16:50). North Providence's Nate Coogan was fourth at 16:49.
