No. 5 - Triple for 'Q' at state meet

During her career, including her final season on the outdoor surface, Quashira has had several memorable moments in the sprint events.

The recent graduate of E3 Academy and Hope High couldn't have finished her last time against R.I. competition a better way than what she did at the state meet. For the fourth straight year, 'Q' claimed both the 100- and 200-meter titles. She also broke the tape in the 400m. She set state records in the 100m and 400m and achieved state-meet marks in all three events. If that wasn't enough, the Nebraska-bound sprinter also anchored her school's winning 4x100m squad.

Quashira went on to capture the 200m at the NE meet and finish sixth in the event at the New Balance Nationals to earn All-American status.
