La Salle Academy junior Jack Salisbury is among the top
seeds in the mile run (3:25 p.m. on Saturday) at the Dartmouth Relays.
Salisbury won the recent RI Classic where he was clocked in 4:21.31, one of the
best times in the country. Sophomore teammate D.J. Principe and senior Dan
Paiva also have potential at being up front. Paiva ran a PB of 4:27 at the RI Classic and
Principe blitzed a 4:21 as an anchor leg for the Rams’ first-place Distance Medley Relay. Speaking of the DMR, its winning time of 10:31.80 is listed as a No. 1 seed
in that event at Dartmouth, scheduled for 7 p.m. on Friday.
