Salisbury captures adidas Dream Mile
Jack Salisbury doesn't like to lose and in his final race as a high school runner he wasn't about to let that rarity happen. In fifth place with a little more than a half a lap remaining in the Dream Mile of the adidas Boost Boston Games on June 17, the La Salle Academy standout unleashed his patented kick with 150m remaining and edged race leader Thomas Ratcliffe of Concord-Carlisle (MA) at the finish with a personal best and nation No. 5 of 4:04.21.
