Another State Meet to Remember

Productive Day

She admits that she gets very nervous whenever she competes at the track, but Meaghan Scullin certainly does a good job of hiding those emotions and not letting it interfere with the task at hand. The Cumberland senior was responsible for 34 of her team's points at the state meet by winning her third straight title in the long jump, placing first in the high jump, taking second in the 300m and also anchoring the school's third-place 4x200m relay. This is not the last time we'll see this versatile athlete's workmanlike afternoon, She plans to compete in all four events at Sunday's New England Championships.
