  Results posted for ALL meets!!!!!!!!  Strath Haven senior Meiissa Frick cruised to an 18:58 to lead her team to the Central League title at Rose Tree Park. The Emmaus girls used the familiar layout of Lehigh University to rebound from their tired-legs trip to the Big Apple, winning the Lehigh Valley Conference. Meghan Lutz zipped through Tyler State Park in her AACA league meet after a disappointing run in NY. And Canon-McMillan's boys cruised through Washington County's meet with five in the top nine. It's Conference and League week in PA. On Wednesday, Neely Spence dominated the Mid-Penn Conference, with McDevitt's Joe Beveridge taking the boys race. Cumberland Valley boys, Northern girls by five over CV. At the Pioneer Athletic Conference at Daniel Boone Homestead, Heather Gioagnoli, Spring-Ford, ran the 2nd best time ever on the course at 18:50.8. Perk Valley cruised to the team win. Boyertown was led to the team win by Mark Dennin in 15:17.6. At the Schuylkill Leage Meet, Blue Mt girls win, with individual titles by Schuyler Schmidt & Alex Zubey of Tamaqua. St. Joseph's boys and Cardinal O'Hara girls win the PCL Southern Division. At the Suburban One National at Lehigh, North Penn took the top three spots and six of the top eight with an astouding spread of 59 seconds THROUGH SEVEN! At the Lebanon Lancaster League, Conestoga Valley senior Vince McNally breaks Craig Miller's course record. At the Central League Champs, Strath Haven's girls and Penncrest's boys dominated. In D10 Region 5, it was General McLane sweeping the top five spots. Natalie Bower wins Tri-States at a dry (for a change) Cooper's Lake.
