The Rams' DiMuccio will begin his weekend at NBNI by competing on Friday night. he earned a spot in the seeded heat where a time of 15 minutes or faster will more than likely earn gold. Based on what he has done in cross country and in the two mile this year, DiMuccio appears capable of running five-minute pace for the 3.1 distance. If he can run a time in the range of 15:30, he should at least be assured of a top-10 placement in the meet's longest event.
