Sheridan Wilbur had quite a high school career for La Salle, one that included multiple state titles in the two-mile run and a state record. At the collegiate level as a freshman for Duke University, it appears she hasn't missed a beat. A little more than three hours after her former teammates were competing in the distance medley relay, Wilbur was on the line for the 5,000-meter run where she placed 13th among 63 finishers with a personal best of 16 minutes, 49.28 seconds.
