Like her teammate Eliza Rego, Karina has range from the
1,000m to the 3,000m. She was third at the indoor state meet in the 1,500 and
the 3K. She should be at the top of her game this winter after some much-needed
rest from a long cross-country season, where she was a runner-up at the state championship
for the second straight year.
