Freshman Katarina Ho was a double-winner for North Kingstown, a 105-68 victor over Pilgrim in the Bayha Division Championship. Ho copped the 1,500 meter run with a time of 4 minutes, 53.03 seconds. She also broke the tape in the 1,000 at 3:10.44. Two-time defending state champion Maria Bolibruch took the 55 hurdles for N.K. with an 8.6 clocking. Hope junior Quashira McIntosh also claimed two titles, winning the 55 dash at 7.22 and the 300 in 42.35. She also was the anchor leg for the first-place 4x200 squad that was timed in 1:47.88.
In the Sullivan Division, Cranston West defeated runner-up Cumberland, 130.5-116. Junior Oceana Williams was the lone winner for the Falcons with a triumph in the 55 dash at 7.66. Exeter/West Greenwich senior Tori Ebert took the shot put (38-2.75) and the 25-pound weight (48-5). Cumberland junior Nichole Barger also had two wins. She was first in the 1,500 at 4:56.96 and the 600 in 1:43.45.
