Emily Kane runs state-leading 10:09 for 3K at RITCA Invitational
The La Salle junior is the early-season front-runner for the 3K state title after winning Saturday's race with a 10:09 clocking. Kane broke away from two-time state cross-country champion Ellie Lawler late in the race to secure her title, and current nation No. 1.
