What can't these kids do? After tearing up the track at New Balance Nationals Indoor last week, the Bulldogs made the trip to Virginia Beach, where they focused on the 4x200m.

In prelims, the ladies wasted no time at all lowering their own national record. Sydney Sutton, Payton Payne, Kassidy Hopkins, and Kennedy Brown combined for a 1:34.31, which at the time was unprecedented.

Less than 24 hours later, that same quartet did it again, running 1:34.26 in the final to crown themselves national champions.

Just like the girls, the boys cruised through both prelims and the final, as Connor Salmin, Cameron Homer, Alexander Lambert, and Olympian Quincy Wilson came close to snagging Archbishop Carroll's (D.C.) national record of 1:24.37.

The Bulldogs ran 1:24.64 and 1:24.66, making them the second-fastest relay in high school history and national champions.
