Justin Hickey is heading to the Ivy League as he signed his letter of intent to compete for Brown next fall.
Hickey was the 2019 New Mexico 4A Cross Country State runner up behind teammate Julian Garcia. As a sophomore on the track, Hickey ran to a 3rd place finish in the 1600m among 4A while also finishing 4th in the 3200m. Justin Hickey set a new personal best in the 800m in his single meet in 2020 running to a 2:01.55 1st place performance at the Chile Quad. He Enters 2020/2021 athletic year as the favorite to win the cross country individual title among 4A along with holding the fastest marks in the 1600m (4:27) and 3200m (9:32). He will be looking to end his Academy resume on a high note with plenty of competition left in his prep career.
