It will be a big weekend of cross country for our Rhode Island teams with three top regional competitions taking place on Saturday.
The top meet happens here in our own backyard with the Ocean State X-C Invitational at Goddard State Memorial Park where a number of local schools with be toeing the line. Bishop Hendricken will be at the Manchester Invitational in New Hampshire, hoping to improve on its runner-up finish from 2013. And La Salle Academy is sending its boys' and girls' teams to the Bowdoin Park Classic in New York, a meet the Rams have a good chance to win the boys' team title.
MileSplit RI will be on site for the Ocean State Invite with complete coverage of the two-day event and LIVE results. We'll also have some ink (and results) of our schools that traveled out of state this weekend.
