It was no different this weekend where he once again surpassed the 70-foot mark, achieving a PR by two feet of 74-0.5. That distance placed Briere fifth overall. Just a day earlier, he was at the Hershey National Youth Indoor Championships where he won the 17-18 division with a heave of 72-6.25.
