Central's sprinters have certainly made their mark this year in the shorter events. The Knights have potential to wipe two records out of the books, the 4x100m and 4x400m relays. In both events, Central has run faster than the current records. The Knight's 42.3 best in the 4x100m is .6 better than the 42.9 posted by Hendricken in 1986 and their 3:22.5 in the 4x400m is nearly three-seconds faster than the 3:25.2 winning time of North Kingstown in 2012.
