A select few Rhode Island teams and athletes have one more meet remaining in the state when they head to Ponaganset this Saturday for the New England Championships. The State Meet has come and gone. But there's still some thoughts that are left in my head from what transpired this past weekend \on 3.1 miles of real estate on the Chieftains' covered-bridge trail. As always, there was some predictable results and a few surprises. In a nutshell, here's what was observed by this scribe at the greatest meet of the fall season.
