STATE MEET ENTRIES: BOYS GIRLS
Ponaganset coach Jim Caron and his crew are prepping their course one last time this season, getting it ready for the most important meet of the season, Sunday's state cross-country championships. This fall's meet promises to be one of the best yet with two nationally-ranked schools, the boys and girls of La Salle Academy, trying to make a little history and a talented field that features eight boys that have dipped under 16 minutes for the 5K distance and a dozen girls that have cracked 19 minutes. MileSplit RI will be on site. providing complete coverage of the meet with stories, results, videos and plenty of photos. All the information you need for this weekend's meet will be right here for quick access.
