In a tight race, Westerly's Matthew Walker copped the boys' race with a time of 13:42. He was just 70 meters ahead of second-place finisher, Dante Prosseda of East Greenwich, who crossed the line at 13:52.35. La Salle's Matthew Carranza was third with a 13:57.88 clocking.
