In the boys Championship Race Edwin Rutto of St. Benedict's broke 15 minutes in the 5K to take second! His "rival" Marco Pompilj of the Collegiate School in NY took first with a time of 14:56. Last year as a sophomore Rutto ran 15:17 for second behind Pompilj, he improved that by 21 seconds! He has been on a roll so far this season. As a team St. Benedict's would finish 12th with an average of 17:05.

Onto to the Boys Varsity Division 1 race where Joshua Clark of Highland Regional placed first overall with a time of 15:42. His one card wouldn't be wasted in the team scores as Highland Regional took first with 58 points, a 64 points lead, and had an average of 16:27.
In the Boys Varsity Division 2 race Seton Hall Prep had a top finisher as well, in sixth Hogan Dwyer ran 16:15. The Seton Hall boys would have to settle for eigth as a team with 206 points and a team average of 17:20.
