MileSplit RI's Twilight X-C Relays are here!
We are excited about our second annual event on Wednesday night at Cumberland High’s Tucker Field. If you haven’t registered yet for this unique meet, which features a series of 3x1 mile relays under the lights, the deadline has been lifted and there is still time to enter. We are also still searching for middle schools to kick off our event at 5 p.m. Any high school or junior high programs out there that are interested, let us now by sending an email to Steve at smazzone5@gmail.com or calling 401-480-2401.
The tentative schedule has middle school races beginning at 5 p.m. with the girls followed by the boys. The high school races will start with freshmen beginning at approximately 6 p.m., varsity starting at 7 p.m. and the elite HS races slated for 8 p.m.
Don’t forget, there will be music played throughout the night by DJ Dean Williams. There will also be a concession stand and attractive Tech T-shirts will also be on sale. Timing will be done by Dave Wilbur.
MileSplit RI will also provide complete coverage of the four-hour event and will have LIVE results.
